Key Responsibilities:
As a Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership: Guiding a high-achieving team committed to excellence.
- Process Optimization: Spearheading initiatives to automate and enhance central processes.
- Financial Analysis: Facilitating the generation of financial insights and making informed recommendations through comprehensive business modeling. You will be a proactive leader who is also hands-on.
- Effective Communication: Synthesizing financial data and presenting it compellingly to Executive leadership.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to support teams in achieving financial goals and optimizing capital allocation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- A robust background in one or more of the following sectors: Banking, Consulting, Fintech, Technology, or related fields.
- Comprehensive experience in core finance functions such as business partnering and capital allocation (FP&A), with a proven track record in managing financial budgets, actuals, business cases, modeling, and project coordination.
- MBA, CFA, or CPA credentials are preferred.
- Experience in an International or Pan-European context.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with stringent delivery timelines.
- Proficient in collaborating across various departments and disciplines to achieve shared objectives.
- Capable of managing intricate details while maintaining a broader perspective.
