About the Role

Bouygues UK is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Junior Construction Site Coordinator to become part of our dynamic team. This position is designed for recent graduates eager to embark on a career in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be stationed at one of our construction sites, contributing to various projects across the South Wales area. The role involves:

  • Assisting in the management and oversight of the construction process on-site.
  • Learning essential skills to support project coordination and execution.
  • Participating in our structured graduate program, which spans two years and combines theoretical learning with practical experience.
Training and Development

Our graduate program is meticulously crafted to enhance both soft skills and technical knowledge through:

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of a 2:1 degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
