Principal Architect - AI Solutions

Arrows is on the lookout for a seasoned Architect to spearhead our innovative projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive architecture of our Generative AI (GenAI) integrations and application development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the design and implementation of the complete architecture for GenAI applications and integration frameworks.
  • Establish architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices tailored for AI and machine learning (ML) solutions.
  • Guarantee the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions across diverse business sectors.
  • Manage multiple AI initiatives from initial concept through to deployment, ensuring high-quality and timely outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, data scientists, and developers to outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Engage with the FinOps team to ensure effective monitoring and budgetary controls are established. Develop technical strategies to optimize costs and collaborate with procurement during vendor negotiations.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, model development, and best practices in AI software design.
  • Maintain an updated Tech Radar to benchmark key embedding services and LLM/FM models.
  • Offer technical guidance and mentorship to AI and engineering teams.
  • Conduct architectural assessments and provide constructive recommendations for enhancements.
