Shape the Future of Generative AI at BCG

We are seeking a visionary Gen AI/LLM Domain Architect Expert Director to join our cutting-edge Gen AI platform team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining cloud-native platforms specifically designed for Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) development.

As a thought leader, you will leverage your deep expertise to design and implement advanced Generative AI capabilities, ensuring they align with enterprise security and compliance standards. You'll collaborate closely with our engineering teams, empowering them to achieve their goals through innovative solutions.

Your Impact:

  • Architect and build scalable, secure, and compliant platforms that meet the demands of a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
  • Define and document current, transition, and target state architectures, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Lead Architects, Chapter Leads, and Technical Area Leads to drive innovation and establish best practices.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and development, mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Drive data-driven decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic architectural trade-offs.

Your Expertise:

You possess a Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering (or equivalent), preferably with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science. You have proven experience in architecting Gen AI, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Natural Language Processing based systems for scale and robustness.

Your deep understanding of cloud infrastructure for AI/Generative AI and your proficiency in Python, TypeScript, NodeJS, ReactJS (and equivalent) are essential to your success. You are passionate about staying at the forefront of LLM advancements and possess a strong track record of delivering impactful results.
