About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Gen AI Risk & Governance Lead. This is a unique opportunity to work with our Gen AI Enablement Programme and contribute to the development of our Gen AI governance framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on Gen AI risk and governance to the Gen AI Enablement Programme and the wider business.
  • Develop and maintain the Gen AI governance guidance, ensuring it is up-to-date and relevant to our business needs.
  • Chair the monthly Gen AI Risk & Control Working Group, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across the team.
  • Identify and mitigate Gen AI-related control weaknesses, working closely with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to influence and prepare for regulatory and legislative changes related to Gen AI.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Gen AI risks, governance, and ethics.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize activities effectively.
  • Pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with a track record of delivering results in complex environments.

  • Salary: circa £100,000 (dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
