About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Innovation and Engagement Lead to join our Ipsos Brand Health Tracking (BHT) Central Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Ipsos BHT through the incubation, scaling, and evangelization of Gen AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Innovation and Prototyping: Develop and prototype Gen AI solutions to meet the needs of our business, translating complex concepts into viable proof-of-concepts.
  • Engagement and Scaling: Collaborate with Ipsos Tech Gen AI experts and BHT Central Teams domain experts to drive new global initiatives and scale Gen AI solutions for BHT.
  • Evangelizing and Collaboration: Share Gen AI use cases with the BHT Community and communicate about ongoing Gen AI initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with senior management, BHT Senior Leadership Team, Ipsos Gen AI Tech Team, and local business team members to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives integrating Gen AI.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Gen AI Knowledge: Demonstrate a commitment to learning about Gen AI through self-initiative.
  • Complex Problem-Solving: Ability to grasp complex AI technologies and concepts, translating them into concrete, viable solutions that meet BHT business needs.
  • Entrepreneurship and Collaboration: Strong entrepreneurship and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving product goals.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

Opportunities and Future Trends

As part of the BHT Central team, you will navigate the evolving technology landscape, manage Gen AI projects, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. You will align Gen AI initiatives with the BHT Offer & Activation strategy, creating value internally and for our End-Clients.

This position will report directly to the Analytics & Advisory (A&A) lead in the Global BHT Senior Leadership Team.
