The AI Solutions Architect plays a crucial role in supporting the Principal Architect during Professional Services engagements. This position involves collaboration with Lead or Principal consultants and various cross-functional teams on intricate customer projects that emphasize AI technologies, particularly those utilizing NVIDIA solutions.
The AI Solutions Architect serves as a technical and business outcome leader, ensuring alignment between WWT Engineers, Architects, and the client's technical or business leaders for AI-focused initiatives.
This role may involve leading customer-facing service projects of diverse sizes and complexities, often including the creation of AI-specific project deliverables such as white papers, plans, strategies, designs, assessments, and business case analyses.
When designated as the Solution / Technical leader, the Architect will collaborate with PMO leadership to implement the "Two in the Box" model, a critical component of WWT's strategy for achieving successful AI project outcomes.
Client Engagement and Objectives:
The AI Solutions Architect comprehends all client scopes and objectives related to AI technologies.
They act as the primary technical liaison facing the client externally and serve as the escalation point internally for WWT employees, Partners, and Contractors.
Risk Management and Resolution:
Collaborate with the PMO counterpart to identify and mitigate risks and issues, leveraging a robust background in AI and the resources available within WWT.
Ensure adherence to WWT's best practices and templates for AI projects, delivering consistent and accurate results as defined by the principle of "One Voice."
Project Oversight:
Manage AI projects with the same diligence as a standalone business, emphasizing profitability and professionalism.
Client Interaction:
Serve as the technical and business contact between WWT and the client throughout the lifecycle of AI projects, ensuring the team meets the client's desired outcomes.
Architectural Responsibilities:
Demonstrate the capability to execute architectural activities and methodologies that lead to thorough discovery, analysis, and technical/business recommendations centered on AI solutions.
Communication Proficiency:
Exhibit advanced communication skills, including business and technical writing as well as presentations, particularly concerning AI technologies.
Effectively present comprehensive technical AI solutions.
Team Motivation:
Self-driven with the ability to inspire and energize a project team towards achieving AI-related objectives.
