Job Summary:

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Sales Teams. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Confidently receive and forward sales calls to relevant sales contacts within the company, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  2. Email Management: Manage the sales enquiries email inbox, keeping track of enquiries and updating the company database to ensure accurate records.
  3. Tender Response Coordination: Co-ordinate tender responses internally in accordance with deadlines, working closely with the relevant Account Manager to ensure successful project outcomes.
  4. Presentation Management: Create and manage sales teams' presentations, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective in showcasing our services.
  5. Document Management: Set up, copy, scan, and store documents, ensuring internal databases are updated as required to maintain accurate records.
  6. Record Maintenance: Review and maintain the accuracy of records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up-to-date and reflect the latest information.
  7. Project Liaison: Liaise with and distribute project-related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  8. Meeting Attendance: Attend sales meetings when required, providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the meeting.
  9. Barbour ABI Updates: Assist the sales team with Barbour ABI updates, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided.
  10. Osca Report Production: Produce Osca reports for management and sales teams, providing valuable insights and data to inform business decisions.
  11. Sales Research: Conduct sales research from industry press, online posts, and other relevant sources, feeding potential leads to the sales teams.
  12. Portal Management: Manage online portals, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective in supporting sales functions.
  13. Drawings Management: Produce and maintain a file of drawings from recently completed projects, where non-standard installations have been carried out, and share with the sales team to inform future sales efforts.
