About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Annabelle Charles Associates. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process, from order receipt to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input all sales orders into our system, ensuring that pricing, quantities, and delivery addresses are entered correctly.
  • Maintain daily performance trackers and provide regular updates to the finance and operations teams.
  • Coordinate with our 3PL provider and transport partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders.
  • Manage and communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
  • Support the commercial and product teams in driving business growth and development.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with key suppliers and logistics providers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of our company values.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with NetSuite is an advantage.
