Job Title: Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Team at St Martins Lane and Sanderson. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales team with administration and coordinating their activities.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the Sales team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinating sales activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and maintaining sales records.
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other sales-related materials.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working closely with the Sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in customer service and sales.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and hotel PMS systems.
