About the Role:
As a Sales Coordinator at Sea Containers London, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team in driving business growth and achieving sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
* Assist with the coordination and execution of sales activities and events.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our hotel services, amenities, and ongoing promotions to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
* Handle client inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses to foster strong business relationships.
* Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis of sales data to help track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Maintain an organised filing system for all sales records and client contracts.
* Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and successful execution of sales strategies.
* Participate in sales meetings and training programs to continuously develop professional skills and knowledge.
