Job Title: Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at ibis London Excel Docklands. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales team in achieving our revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Senior Sales Manager in developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Support the Sales team in generating new business opportunities and converting leads into sales.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Previous sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
