Key Responsibilities:- Gather pricing and raise quotations in the correct format.
- Propose alternatives when necessary.
- Monitor and adhere to instructed time-lines.
- Live update and amend paperwork.
- Raise orders on the Sage system.
- Print and forward client acknowledgements and manufacturer purchase orders.
- Check acknowledgements and obtain salesperson sign off.
- Consolidate and arrange deliveries.
- Liaise with clients and nominated installation teams.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with hard deadlines. Your ability to prioritize and manage multiple streams of work, along with your excellent computer skills, will be essential. As part of our team, you will need to be proactive and have previous experience in a coordination or administration role. While knowledge of the furniture industry is a plus, it is not essential as we provide relevant training.
This is a full-time position based in our East London head office. Once you are up to speed, there will be an opportunity to work from home one day a week. Additionally, you will have the chance to regularly work from our London studio, allowing you to collaborate with different team members.
