Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Burgh Recruitment Limited. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital support function within our busy office, working closely with our team to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and collate key data for reports and portfolio reviews
- Deal with enquiries and correspondence from clients and providers
- Manage the database of clients and diary management for the Partner and Advisors
- Process new business and liaise with SJP admin teams
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrator or within an office support role
- Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and be able to problem solve and think on your feet
- Good time management and planning skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programs
