iOS Mobile SDET Lead Manager Tester FinTech Swift XCUITest

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SDET Lead / Manager to join our team at Oliver Bernard. As a key member of our FinTech platform, you will be responsible for leading a team of SDETs, driving automation and quality best practices, and ensuring the highest quality of our iOS / Mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of SDETs and provide guidance on automation and quality best practices
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks for iOS / Mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
- Ensure the highest quality of our iOS / Mobile applications through rigorous testing and quality assurance
- Line manage and mentor SDETs to ensure their growth and development
Requirements:
- 6-7+ years' experience in automation
- Experience with Swift and XCUITest
- Experience with Jenkins or equivalent CI/CD tools
- Line management experience
