Oliver Bernard is partnering with a leading FinTech company to find a skilled SDET Lead Manager to join their technical team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Swift, XCUITest, and Jenkins, as well as strong line management skills. They will be responsible for leading a team of SDETs and driving automation and quality best practices.
The company is undergoing rapid growth, and this role offers a unique opportunity for a Lead Manager to make a significant impact. The successful candidate will work closely with the technical team to improve the functionality of the FinTech platform, which is used globally.
To be considered, the candidate should have:
- 6-7+ years' experience in automation
- Proficiency in Swift and XCUITest
- Experience with Jenkins or equivalent CI/CD tools
- Line management experience
