Job Summary:

MidKent College is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team. As a Training Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile, maintain, and distribute all training course documentation in accordance with contractual and divisional requirements.
  • Input, update, and maintain TAFMIS Course Administration database records.
  • Design, develop, and deliver Business Objects Web Intelligence reporting solutions to support the MidKent College contract.
  • Receive data and report requests, evaluate requirements, build reports, check data, and deploy reports, including ad-hoc reports to agreed deadlines.
  • Produce monthly and ad-hoc training reports.
  • Action incoming queries (post/email).
