The successful candidate will shape the public perception of eMed through our communication channels and uphold our brand's tone of voice, both within and beyond the Healthcare sector. Our mission is to deliver accessible healthcare solutions for our members, and it is crucial that we convey our status as industry leaders. You will play a key role in supporting our new value proposition and creating fresh content to enhance all primary channels—both paid and organic. A creative mindset, keen attention to detail, and adherence to our brand guidelines are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Development: As a new entity in the UK healthcare landscape, you will assist in articulating our newly established value proposition and ensure that our core messages resonate across all major channels, including CRM, organic social media, website, and printed materials. Content Creation: Your focus will be on generating content and insights to boost awareness of our offerings and convert prospects into paying members. Daily tasks will include: crafting content for our social media platforms and email communications; sourcing diverse content and presenting it in various formats such as photos, videos, and graphics across multiple platforms; gathering stories, including customer testimonials, and producing articles in both written and audio formats; developing a brand tone of voice and ensuring all content is tailored to our target audience; maintaining high-quality standards in all written communications across internal and external channels, including our website, social media, and blog. Website Development: Collaborate with peers to design new website layouts and create compelling copy and content for new landing pages and user journeys. Customer Journey Optimization: Work with cross-functional teams to map out the website journey and pinpoint opportunities for enhanced communication and engagement at each interaction point. Segmentation and Personalization: Leverage customer data and segmentation strategies to identify new segments, ensuring that customers receive timely and relevant messages and content. A/B Testing: Partner with the Analytics Lead to support various A/B tests aimed at refining and optimizing the customer journey and conversion rates. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer support teams to align customer communications with broader organizational goals and initiatives. Reporting and Analytics: Utilize data and analytics tools to monitor and report on the effectiveness of new website journeys, paid social media campaigns, and partnerships, using insights to continuously enhance strategies. Compliance and Privacy: Ensure that all customer communications adhere to relevant data protection and privacy regulations. Additional Support: Assist in ensuring that the marketing team meets deadlines for activities on the marketing tracker and take on smaller ad hoc projects as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous. Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS/Cavna. Experience in developing eCommerce strategies and a solid understanding of analytics and data. Demonstrated experience in content and brand development or a similar role. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging website content. Familiarity with website and A/B testing platforms. Strong data analysis and reporting skills. Excellent project management capabilities and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional setting. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving customer preferences and industry trends.

PREFERRED SKILLS

UX/UI experience to enhance customer journeys. Previous experience in healthcare and digital startups.
