About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Coordinator to join our team at the Children's Epilepsy Surgery Service. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our clinicians and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our clinicians, including coordinating appointments, managing patient records, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and prioritize your workload effectively, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard and deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring that they are efficient and effective.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
- GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths.
- Business and Administration Level 3 NVQ or equivalent experience.
- Clerical/administrative experience, including filing and/or reception.
- Experience of dealing with the public, both on the telephone and in person.
