We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced coordinator to join our team at the Paediatric Neurology Department at the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children. The successful candidate will provide effective and efficient coordinator and secretarial services for the department.
Main Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including managing and prioritising their workload, providing excellent communication skills, and working well under pressure. They will also be required to have a good understanding of Microsoft Office 365 packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, working in a busy and sometimes demanding environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team, providing administrative support to patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
Person Specification
