About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Director to lead our digital growth strategy and drive the success of our luxury skincare brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital growth strategy to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Lead the development and implementation of our ecommerce platform, ensuring seamless user experience and optimal performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of online campaigns and business analysis
  • Manage all aspects of ecommerce digital marketing, including SEO, paid media, CRM, email marketing, and more
  • Oversee external agencies in enhancing and optimising the performance, user experience, and design of our digital platforms
Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience in managing ecommerce for consumer brands, ideally within the luxury or beauty sector
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Plus, and Amazon Seller Central to make informed, data-driven decisions
  • Hands-on experience in paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, and CRM strategies, with a focus on ecommerce platforms
  • Comprehensive understanding of Amazon marketplace management, including listing optimisation, AMS, and FBA/FBM
