Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operational Associate Workforce Manager to join our Research and Product Operations team at the National Foundation for Educational Research. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering the required operational associate workforce for projects through the recruitment, onboarding, allocation, reallocation, payment, and day-to-day supervision of our Test Administrator (TA) pool.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and allocate Test Administrators to projects as required
- Manage the day-to-day supervision of Test Administrators, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties
- Coordinate the payment and reallocation of Test Administrators as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
- Collaborate with the Research and Product Operations team to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in an educational or research setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with project management tools
- Knowledge of R, VBScript, or similar languages, Power Query, and MS Forms is desirable
