Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Treatment Room Administrator with a clinical background to oversee the daily operations of our treatment room. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our treatment room, supporting both patients and clinical staff.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the treatment room, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of patient appointments.
  • Provide clinical support to healthcare professionals, including preparation of treatment areas.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Help maintain high levels of infection prevention and control (IPC) and cold chain management.
  • Run audits on clinical care and administrative aspects of the treatment room.
  • Mentor and support treatment room staff.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies for the treatment room.
  • Liaise with senior management and partners to ensure seamless patient care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a clinical background in the NHS or private sector and experience in a treatment room or similar healthcare setting.
