About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pension Operations Analyst to join our Customer Operations function at Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC). As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our defined benefit pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Trustee clients, ensuring they receive the highest levels of customer care and support.
  • Funding and Reconciliation: Ensure the successful delivery of funding to our Trustee clients in line with deal requirements, and reconcile monthly payroll funding for schemes not administered by PIC's outsourced administrators.
  • Data Verification and Analysis: Conduct data verification checks, review and analyze complex data, and provide solutions to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Onboarding and Training: Onboard new business into PIC's operating model, create funding reconciliations, and provide training to junior members of the team.
  • Project Management: Undertake and manage ad-hoc projects as required, managing work streams and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Communication and Reporting: Produce and deliver reports to PIC Senior Management, and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in completing data reconciliation, delivering excellent customer service, and checking work and providing feedback.
  • Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes, established knowledge of Pensions Administration, and familiarity with dealing with large volumes of data.
  • Skills: Strong organization and communication skills, ability to persuade and influence, and ability to manage people and resources effectively.
