Lead Data Engineering Team for Healthcare Innovation

As a Senior Manager – Analytics Engineering, you will spearhead a data & analytics engineering team, collaborating with Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to drive innovative data solutions. Your focus will be on improving quality and efficiency of care delivery in the context of hospital-level care at home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire the UK-based data & analytics engineering team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's overall data strategy.
  • Oversee projects focused on data generated during care delivery, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of data solutions.
  • Ensure data is cleaned, processed, harmonized, and curated in alignment with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Significant experience working with healthcare data from hospitals, care delivery, or electronic health records.
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Ability to architect data engineering solutions in a healthcare context.
  • Pragmatic balance of quality with a fast-paced schedule.
