Job Title: Senior Data Engineering Manager

Best Buy Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineering Manager to lead our data & analytics engineering team. As a key member of our data organization, you will work closely with Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver innovative data solutions that improve healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of data engineers to deliver high-quality data solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's overall data strategy
  • Manage and integrate technologies across a spectrum of cloud and open-source technologies
  • Oversee projects focused on data generated during care delivery, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of data solutions
  • Ensure data is cleaned, processed, harmonized, and curated in alignment with industry standards
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3 years management experience, including experience in a matrix environment
  • Experience in the following technologies: Python, dbt, Airflow, SQL
