We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager who will play a pivotal role in developing a strategic sales and marketing plan, concentrating on room rentals, food and beverage services, and related accommodation objectives. This position is crucial in fostering a 'sales culture' within the team by establishing monthly performance targets.

Qualifications...

  • Proven experience in managing a portfolio of local corporate clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • A strong passion for cultivating relationships with external partners to enhance productivity.
  • Prior experience as a Sales Manager within a European market, with a solid understanding of the hotel business mix, particularly transient and MICE sectors; MICE experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, alongside a proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • A valid driving license.
  • Experience with Delphi is essential, and familiarity with reservation systems (Opera/OnQ) is advantageous.
