- Manage a portfolio of local corporate clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

- Demonstrate prior experience as a Sales Manager within the European market, with a solid understanding of the hotel business mix, particularly transient and MICE sectors; MICE experience is advantageous.
- Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Experience with Delphi is required, and familiarity with reservation systems (Opera/OnQ) is preferred.
