Your Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in developing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy. This position will focus on maximizing revenue through room bookings, food and beverage services, and overall occupancy targets. You will foster a strong sales culture within the team by setting clear monthly objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of local corporate clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to enhance productivity.
  • Demonstrate a successful track record as a Sales Manager in the European market, with a solid understanding of the hotel industry, including transient and MICE segments.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
  • Experience with Delphi is essential; familiarity with reservation systems such as Opera or OnQ is a plus.
