About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead Swansea. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, ensuring they receive the support and companionship they need to live their lives to the fullest.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings
  • Administer medication and provide reminders
  • Support clients with dementia and other conditions
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • No prior experience necessary, but a caring and compassionate nature is essential
  • Ability to work 4 consecutive days per week
