We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Resourcing Officer. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with our Directors and Principal Social Worker to ensure that services, including recruitment processes, are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist social work managers in coordinating transactional activity relating to hiring manager responsibilities for appointments in both the permanent and temporary labour markets.
- Support hiring managers through the key stages of the Council's recruitment processes, providing comprehensive advice and guidance and practical support in creation of recruitment documentation such as job descriptions, adverts and interview questions.
- Coordinate the collection of operational data to support hiring decision making and business cases.
- Play a key role in ensuring that change projects relating to improving services are supported within children's services.
