About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Summit Recruiters. As a Purchase Ledger Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process vendor invoices promptly and accurately, ensuring timely payment and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers.
  • Resolve invoice queries by communicating effectively with relevant parties, including suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Assist with payment runs and other finance tasks as needed, providing support to the finance team.
Requirements
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Experience working in a purchase ledger team is an advantage, but not essential.
