About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Marcus Webb Associates Limited. As a Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving market growth and identifying new business opportunities across the Aerospace, Defence, Off-highway, and Marine sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Win and open new client opportunities across global markets
  • Identify and prepare bids and proposals for potential customer electrification projects
  • Research organisations, sectors, territories, and individuals to identify appropriate new leads and potential new clients
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with new clients and ensure the successful kick-off of all new projects
  • Sell company services while supporting customer needs to ensure mutually beneficial projects
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in engineering (electronics, electrical, software, mechanical, etc.)
  • Good technical background within the Aerospace, Defence, Off-highway, or Marine market with a focus on control systems or electric powertrain
  • Ability to independently scope out and win new clients and project opportunities
  • Skilled in preparing project proposals, presenting to customers, and negotiating contracts
  • Willingness to travel across the UK, EU, and APAC regions
