Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between clients, business analysts, and developers
  • Oversee the help desk queue and manage task prioritization
  • Assist in the configuration of servers and applications
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees
  • Maintain an inventory of software, licenses, and hardware
  • Review and enhance Help Desk documentation
  • Monitor the internal network to ensure system uptime
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and automation within IT operations

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT network operations
  • Proficient in Windows 10 and Windows Server
  • Experience in help desk management
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Detail-oriented documentation capabilities
  • Familiarity with Confluence and Jira is advantageous
