**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Coordinator to join our team at Knightwood Associates. As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of our residential projects, working closely with our team of experts to ensure that all technical aspects of the project are coordinated and executed to the highest standard.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate all technical information and ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date
  • Check and approve drawings and other technical documents
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Attend progress meetings and ensure that all technical aspects of the project are discussed and agreed upon
  • Prepare and monitor technical specifications and ensure that they are in line with company policies and procedures
  • Manage external consultants and ensure that they are providing high-quality services
  • Liaise with other departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience working on the delivery of residential projects
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering high-quality projects
