Job Opportunity

Trevett Services is seeking a highly skilled Technical Coordinator to join their team in London.

About the Role

  • As a Technical Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for designers and the technical department.
  • You will coordinate between external and internal designers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • You will work closely with the Projects team, following the manufacturing process and keeping all parties updated at all times.
  • You will ensure that all client specifications are followed throughout the design process.
  • You will provide technical support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with designers and the technical department to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines and milestones.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Projects team to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role within the luxury furniture or manufacturing market would be an advantage.
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field would be beneficial.
  • Good knowledge of CAD software and design principles.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
