**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Coordinator to join our team at Knightwood Associates. As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of our residential projects, working closely with our team of experts to ensure the successful completion of our schemes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate all technical information and ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Check and approve drawings, ensuring that they meet the required standards.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Attend progress meetings to discuss project developments and address any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and monitor technical specifications, ensuring that they are comprehensive and accurate.
  • Manage external consultants, ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Liaise with other departments, including sales and marketing, to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience working on the delivery of residential projects.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK building regulations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly motivated and proactive individual.
