Job Description

About the Role:

Thermo Systems LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Automation Specialist. As a key member of our control systems integration team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and field coordination to our projects and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and service technicians.
  • Travel to client locations for installations, maintenance, or repairs of control systems.
  • Collaborate with project leads, supervisors, and company leadership to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in control systems technology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering technology or computer science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in control systems integration or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) applications.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
