Senior Social Worker - Children with Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities team in Enfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children with disabilities and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective social work plans to support children with disabilities and their families
  • Conduct assessments and risk assessments to identify the needs of children and their families
