Job Title: Senior Social Worker

About the Role:
Remedy Social Care is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Social Worker to join their Older Adults Team. The successful candidate will support in undertaking statutory Care Act Assessments with Older People, clients with Physical Disabilities, and helping to achieve the 28-day performance targets, whilst reducing the waiting time for new referrals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake statutory Care Act Assessments with Older People and clients with Physical Disabilities
- Support in achieving 28-day performance targets and reducing waiting times for new referrals
- Hold long-term cases that are complex in nature, including hoarding, non-engagers, DoLS challenges, and court of protection work

Requirements:
- Qualified and experienced Social Worker looking to progress their career or an accomplished Senior Social Worker
- Wide range of experience working with Older Adults and/or People with Disabilities
- Developed skills and knowledge with further post-qualifying training and specific experience with the relevant client group
