About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ICT Senior Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for contributing to project deliverables and ensuring operational service stability.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and service support requirements. You will be able to demonstrate a commitment to continuing professional development and have a good general knowledge of common hardware and software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT systems and services, working closely with the technical support team.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues, ensuring that IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the project team to deliver project objectives and ensure that IT systems are aligned with business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve IT systems and services.
  • Work closely with the IT service management team to ensure that IT services are delivered to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and service support requirements.
  • Commitment to continuing professional development.
  • Good general knowledge of common hardware and software applications.
  • Ability to learn new technologies with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to analyse and resolve complex IT issues.
