About the Role

Cytiva is seeking a highly skilled Global Commercial Business Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Excellence group, you will play a critical role in driving strategic and tactical impact for our Commercial organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for applying a data-driven approach to support and/or lead a multitude of commercial business initiatives, attributing to positive impact on quarter-to-quarter revenue. You will also contribute to agile commercial support to enhance salesforce productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and deploy commercial excellence initiatives to drive strategic and tactical impact for the Commercial organization.
  • Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders across multiple operating companies to drive actionable insights and progress.
  • Provide insights and analysis to Commercial Leadership teams.
  • Leverage DBS toolbox to apply a continuous improvement approach.
  • Support leadership policy deployment initiatives as required by the business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Fundamental understanding of DBS tools.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and collaborative skills.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial related disciplines such as Marketing, Commercial Operations, or Sales in a business-to-business environment.
