About The Role

As a Product Marketing Executive at GSF Car Parts, you will play a key role in supporting the company's product range expansion by providing sales support information and marketing resources to the branch network. This role requires a good understanding of the automotive aftermarket or relevant experience in a similar sector. You will need to be confident in working with product teams and organized in establishing forward-plans to deliver projects to agreed deadlines.

Main Duties

Support Product Range Expansion:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Assist in the development and launch of new products, including positioning, pricing, visual identity, and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with product teams to create compelling product marketing materials, sales tools, and information resources.
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Work with the branch network nationally or locally to plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to customer needs.
  • Develop promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital content.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for design, printing, copy-writing, and distribution of marketing collateral.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future activities.

Engagement:

  • Organize and manage events such as product demonstrations, training sessions, customer visits, and branch activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the network, understanding their needs and providing tailored marketing support.
  • Create and manage content for digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.

Sales Support:

  • Provide marketing support to the sales team, including the creation of sales presentations, product catalogues, and case studies.
  • Conduct training sessions for the sales team on new products and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis to track product performance and market trends.
