In line with our expansion strategy, we seek an experienced CTO with a profound knowledge of Vena Solutions, Acterys, and FP&A technology to steer our technical vision and strategy.


Role Summary:


The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be instrumental in shaping and executing Ceiver's technology strategy across all sectors, particularly focusing on FP&A, utilizing Vena Solutions and Acterys.

The CTO will spearhead technological advancements, supervise the development and integration of technology solutions, and ensure that Ceiver remains at the forefront of technological innovations in the sector.

This position demands a visionary leader with substantial technical expertise, especially in Vena Solutions, Acterys, and FP&A tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy and Vision:
Formulate and execute Ceiver's technology strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's overarching business goals and growth objectives.

Remain ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, especially in FP&A, Vena Solutions, and Acterys, to maintain Ceiver's competitive edge.


Product Development and Innovation:
Direct the design, development, and deployment of groundbreaking technology solutions, with an emphasis on FP&A and related domains.
Oversee the integration of Vena Solutions and Acterys into Ceiver's offerings, ensuring smooth and effective implementation.
Promote continuous enhancement of Ceiver's technology infrastructure, improving scalability, performance, and security.

Technical Leadership:
Provide guidance and direction to Ceiver's technology teams, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Mentor and develop engineering teams, ensuring they possess the skills and resources necessary for success.
Supervise the recruitment, retention, and development of top-tier technical talent.

Client Engagement and Solution Delivery:


Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions, particularly in FP&A utilizing Vena Solutions and Acterys.

Act as a technical advisor to clients, assisting them in the implementation and optimization of technology solutions.

Partnerships and Collaboration:
Engage with key stakeholders, including Vena Solutions and Acterys, to enhance Ceiver's technology offerings and forge strong partnerships.
Collaborate with other sector leaders to ensure technology supports and propels success across all business areas.

Risk Management and Compliance:
Ensure that all technology practices comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, particularly concerning data security and privacy.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology deployment and integration.

Financial Management:
Oversee the technology budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and alignment with Ceiver's financial objectives.
Provide insights on technology investments and ensure a robust return on investment.

Strategic Planning:


Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to formulate and execute long-term strategic plans for technology and innovation at Ceiver.


Qualifications:

Experience:
10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a solid background in FP&A, Vena Solutions, and Acterys.
Demonstrated success in leading technology strategy and implementation in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Skills:
Extensive expertise in Vena Solutions and Acterys, including implementation, customization, and client engagement.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide technical teams.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in managing complex technology projects from inception to completion.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Advanced degree (MS, MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is advantageous.

Additional Requirements:
Experience in a startup or dynamic, fast-growing company is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings, partner discussions, and industry events.
