About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at Strata Construction Consulting UK Ltd. As a key member of our Central London office, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects in the highways and infrastructure sector.

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will have a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering significant value through effective project management, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of business systems to optimize cost effectiveness
  • Coordinate and develop multidisciplinary teams towards the achievement of KPIs
  • Project / programme management: end-to-end delivery of business solutions and process improvements
  • Financial management: costing, valuation, price list production, and forecasting
  • Resource Management: leading the Infrastructure and Building Drainage teams across the Civil Engineering project portfolio
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years UK experience within a design consultancy
  • Technical Civil Engineering Expertise in Highways, Infrastructure, and Urban Regeneration Masterplanning projects
  • Effective engagement and negotiation with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
