Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team at Jackson Civil Engineering. As a key member of our highways civil engineering team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exciting projects and contributing to our company's growth and success.
Main Responsibilities:- Progress the construction process and assist in delivering projects with minimal supervision.
- Manage and monitor site sample/performance testing requirements, maintaining records in line with contract specifications.
- Complete hazard/risk assessments and method statements, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies.
- Assist the site QS/Project Manager in providing relevant information for records and claims purposes.
- Develop and maintain relations with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors, promoting a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Ensure all work adheres to company procedures and requirements.
- Experience in heavy civils with a main contractor, including highways and structures schemes.
- Knowledge of Civil3D, AutoCAD, and MS Project, with proficiency in programming and planning upcoming works.
- Previous experience in completing RAMs, ITPs, RFIs, and QA paperwork.
- CSCS card and a suitable qualification in civil engineering, minimum requirement HND, with ICE membership, SMSTS, and SSSTS.
- First Aid at work qualification and a Degree in Civil Engineering, with training in confined spaces.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel throughout the region.
