Warehouse Solutions Design Engineer

Gleeson Recruitment Group is proud to partner with a leading Logistics business in search of a skilled Warehouse Solutions Design Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Warehouse Solutions: Lead the development of innovative warehouse solutions by conducting thorough site assessments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery.
  2. Project Management: Oversee projects from initial consultation to final implementation, guaranteeing that solutions meet client expectations and are delivered within scope.
  3. Team Leadership: Manage a high-performing team of solution designers, engineers, and project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence in solution design.
  4. Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses to ensure the economic viability of proposed solutions, identify opportunities for cost savings, and contribute to the company's overall financial success.
  5. Risk Management: Anticipate and navigate potential risks associated with warehouse design projects, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place for seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
