Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Solutions Design Lead to join our client's team. As a key member of the logistics team, you will be responsible for leading strategic warehouse solutions, overseeing projects from initial consultation to final implementation, and managing a high-performing team of solution designers, engineers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Strategic Warehouse Solutions: Understand client requirements, conduct site assessments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient warehouse solutions.
  2. Project Management: Oversee projects from initial consultation to final implementation, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and exceeding client expectations.
  3. Team Management: Manage a high-performing team of solution designers, engineers, and project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence in solution design.
  4. Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analyses to ensure the economic viability of proposed solutions, identify opportunities for cost savings, and contribute to the company's overall financial success.
  5. Risk Management: Anticipate and navigate potential risks associated with warehouse design projects, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place for seamless implementation and client satisfaction.

Key Experiences:

  1. Solutions Design Experience: Proven experience in solutions design, with a focus on warehouse solutions.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  3. Warehouse Solution Design: Strong knowledge of warehouse solution design, including layout, equipment, and technology.
  4. Tender Understanding: Understanding of tender processes and procedures, with the ability to develop and manage tenders.
