Calor Gas is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Professional to lead our Cylinder Distribution Centre (CDC) sites in the UK. As a key member of our Marketing and Sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth, managing margins, and retaining customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial plans to drive growth and retention for CDC sites.
  • Utilize CRM, margin management, and pricing tools to maximize commercial performance and sales efficiency.
  • Manage and improve CDC gross margin performance through targeted pricing initiatives.
  • Ensure CDC commercial and profitability performance in your area.
  • Optimize the CDC customer base through renegotiations and change of owners.
  • Implement data-led sales campaigns to winback lost cylinder business.
  • Ensure continuous pipeline management through the production and implementation of acquisition opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the LPG cylinder business, preferably in the cylinder network.
  • Proven negotiation and selling skills to B2B and B2C customers.
  • Experience in developing, agreeing, and implementing strategic business plans.
  • Numerate and able to recognize commercial and customer trends in large data sets.
  • Excellent communication, numerical, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
