Technical Support

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support contractor to join our client's team for a 12-month assignment. As a Technical Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to our client's customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with software, hardware, and network systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base

**Requirements:**

* Recent hands-on experience in a technical support environment
* Strong understanding of object-oriented programming languages like Java
* Knowledge of web applications stack components
* Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, and Windows Shell
* Experience with Linux/Unix and relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
